The Adriatic Sea is rich of fish that you are allowed to fish by subscribing to the site of “Politiche Agricole”: www.politicheagricole.it . From the Faro Rosso you can fish 24/7. On the inside land (rivers, canals, lagoon) you can fish only by paying and if you have a specific licence.
Special convention Europacard: if you want to go sport fishing out at sea, you can do it by renting a private boat.
